You manage and maintain a client infrastructure with several thousand client objects You analyze and solve technical problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of client systems You take the ticket management and, as 3rd level support, take over customer contact with complex inquiries You plan and implement updates and patches to ensure client integrity You are responsible for software package and distribution via MECM You work closely with other teams to ensure smooth integration of new services and requirements

Complete training as a specialist system integration or comparable qualification At least two years of professional experience in client administration Very good knowledge of MECM and especially the software package and distribution Knowledge of Intune is beneficial Experience in handling ticket management systems and user support Good analytical skills and problem solving skills Teamability and Communication Strength Own-sponsored and structured operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
