Foreman (m/w/d) Precast Plant

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed foreman (m/w/d) prefabricated unit at our site in St. Ingbert.

Operational support and support of production management in the daily production process Organisation and monitoring of the work processes in the production areas (e.g. reinforcement, formwork, concrete, post-treatment) Ensuring compliance with appointments, quality standards and safety regulations Working in optimizing production processes, material use and resource planning Participation in training, training and motivation of production staff Close coordination with the production masters and QM

Complete training in construction, preferably in concrete or reinforced concrete construction, with further training to the factory technician/pre-worker or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in prefabricated parts production or in raw construction Technical understanding of formwork, reinforcement and concrete works Organisational strength, team skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality High self-responsibility, quality awareness and communication skills Basic knowledge of EDV/ERP systems (e.g. RIB iTWO) Willingness to continue training at the Peter Gross Academy
