Triggering orders and ensuring scheduled delivery Independent implementation of negotiations within defined areas of competence Support for market and supplier research and the preparation and follow-up of tenders Cooperation in the implementation of tenders in cooperation with strategic purchasing Development of product group strategies for assigned procurement areas Supplier management with focus on B and C suppliers incl. Assessment and monitoring based on defined KPIs Support in master data management and optimization of purchasing processes in the ERP system Processing orders, dispatch of orders and verification of order confirmations Monitoring of open inputs and execution of remindings in delays Contact person:in for supplier requests about master data, delivery times and availability Interne:r Contact:in for questions about material availability

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with recognised additional qualification Found professional experience in operational purchasing First experience in a comparable position and in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Funded SAP knowledge, in particular in the module MM Safe handling of current MS Office applications Technical understanding and ideally experience in the procurement of construction, assembly or engineering services Basic knowledge in the areas of negotiation, capacity management and supplier development Communication strength, team capacity and an independent and structured way of working Readiness to travel according to project requirements Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
