· Successfully completed studies in IT or project management, e.g. Business Informatics, BWL with focus on project consulting, IT management, computer science or comparable · At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management and Experience in projectic work · Professional experience in IT service management and affinity to Basic technologies · Very good knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification) · Experiences in modelling (e.g. ARIS, BPMN, EPK, WKD, Swimlane, Visio) and implementation of IT service management processes · Very good knowledge of project management · German and good English knowledge in word and Writing
