As an experienced senior payroll and HR consultant (m/w/d), you are close to your customer through your personal commitment. You make sure your customer can contact you with any question. You're a team player like he's in the book and build a real relationship of trust with your client. You have a really open ear for the needs of customers to go to the bottom every request. You take time for intensive customer advice every day. You use your expertise in HR and Payroll topics in terms of our SME services and their sustainable development for your customers. You process and manage the billing of your customers correctly and reliably.

A comprehensive passion for payroll accounting and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and real teamwork. But also: A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree/study Multiannual experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Practical experience in personnel work Expertise with focus on the customer: Curiosity and zeal to be close to trends and innovations and to develop this expertise and to provide customer solutions From service to customer retention: The ability to assess the situation, the basic wishes and needs of the customer and to create added value in a constantly changing environment that the customer perceives throughout the entire cooperation Routinized handling of the current MS Office tools Strong communication skills combined with an economic/commercial setting Learning will and a pronounced service and customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
