in particular the legal advice of the company to all procurement operations with a particular focus on construction, works and procurement contracts for large-scale projects
the legal examination of a wide variety of contract works related to network expansion and operation (creation contracts, service contracts, purchase contracts, cooperation agreements)
Legal advice of contract and claim management regarding the aforementioned contract types
the legal support of the company on the topics Lobby and EU Transparency Registers and LKSG and External Economic Law
advice on questions of antitrust and procurement law as well as criminal and regulatory offences
the monitoring, evaluation and implementation of relevant legal amendments for society
