the achievement of budget targets in compliance with Oetker Credit Policy Ensuring successful organisation, planning and implementation of events and catering strategic and successful positioning of Social Events & Group Business incl. sales promotion measures especially in the field of weddings and local corporate business Maintenance of all customer-relevant information within the usual systems and lists Responsible for the active sale, the planning and organisation of groups and events of any kind in and out of the house Successful acquisition & implementation of measures in cooperation with the Director of Sales & Events of all relevant sales-promoting actions to attract weddings and social ev ents (website, offers, photos, fair participation etc.)

Excellent knowledge of event management through experience and/or study/training Embossed organizational talent & natural authority Very good understanding of numbers Communications and Leadership Skills, Stressability & Conflictability Very well-founded knowledge in Microsoft Office, Opera desirable Sovereigns & polite and accommodating appearance and customer-oriented action Immigrant language expression in word and writing Teamability, communication strength and solution orientation
