Management and management of diverse strategy projects – up to operational implementation – in cooperation with the company's central stakeholders Promoting cooperation between different teams to ensure project success

Concrete strategic objectives for the next year and their breakdown into individual areas

Development and implementation of KPI-based control logics for organizational development, including the selection and integration of suitable tools and software

Implementation and creation of sound market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas

Preparation and implementation of workshops with senior management and C-level

About 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, start-up or corporate development

Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze data and derive clear conclusions and recommendations

Ideally basic knowledge in the area of data analytics, as well as the ability to question and optimize evaluations together with the specialist department

Comprehensive knowledge of strategic challenges and opportunities in an online subscription business model

Experience in introducing and improving control logic

Understanding and Interest in Market and Competition Trends

Excellent understanding with extraordinary organizational and communicative skills
