Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in production in 3-shift operation Ensuring target achievement in terms of delivery quantity, delivery punctuality, quality and cost-effectiveness Independent implementation of analyses and proactive introduction of measures for target deviations Documentation of work results as well as the creation of shift, daily and weekly plans Operational coordination with the interfaces and report to the department management Establishment of a maximum level of occupational safety in compliance with working and safety regulations Cooperation on projects and transfer of project results into practice

Multiannual professional practice in a production plant in the field of metal, electrical engineering or paint and coating technology or in a comparable field of work First leadership experience with personnel responsibility In-depth knowledge of industrial safety, expertise in the handling of production indicators and steering approaches to achieving production targets and fundamental economic understanding Good German and basic English desirable Secure application of MS Office and SAP High self-initiative, independent and entrepreneurial work, organisational talent, commitment and enforcement
