Development, training and optimization of AI models – from the first prototypes to stable, productive solutions Analysis and preparation of complex data sources in order to derive understandable and implementable recommendations for action for specialist areas and management Design of new AI products and use cases – from idea to proof of concept to rollout Close cooperation with specialist departments to identify potentials for AI and to develop practical solutions Experiment with modern technologies (e.g. Agentic AI, Deep Learning or LLMs) and their integration into our projects Participation in the establishment and operation of a sustainable data and analysis platform that serves as a basis for sustainable AI and data science initiatives

Complete studies of (economic) informatics, data science, mathematics, statistics or comparable training Enthusiasm for Data Science, AI and innovative technologies Experience with Python, R, SQL or similar tools – nice to have: ML-Frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn Bonus: Interest in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Secure communication: You move stylisticly in the German language (at least C1 level) to convey complex ideas clearly Structured, result-oriented operation – both in the team and independent willingness to design instead of editing – you bring ideas and convince others of your approach Quality is a firm claim for you, not just an option Variance and dynamics are motivation for you instead of obstacle Curiosity, readiness to learn and the will to try out new things are crucial.
