We bring people and work together. For this we provide and advise job and training seekers, support companies in the search for personnel and provide many other services. As a team assistant (w/m/d) you support the Medical Service of the Employment Agency. The medical service is the specialist service for the responsible task of identifying the health resources and limitations of customers of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). It assesses the impact on their performance and suitability for certain professions and activities.

Tasks and Activities

• Supporting the organizational unit in all administrative or organizational matters, especially in the comprehensive digitalization of the medical service and its processes
• Digitization of the inbox and inbox of medical service providers
• Digitization of additional paper documents and other analogue processes
• Information management (e.g. monitoring of the inbox and output, storage and replenishment)

Requirements

• Complete vocational training in the commercial sector
• Technical knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of office organization

• Basic knowledge of relevant MS Office applications

We offer
