Senior construction management (m/f/d)

Management responsibility: As a team player, you take over the management and professional development of a construction and project management team as well as overriding responsibility for the successful implementation and the results of the assigned SF construction projects. Project management: The independent management of demanding construction projects with the focus on industrial construction - from planning to successful completion - is also your responsibility. You coordinate the construction site teams and external partner companies and thus ensure a smooth construction process. Quality assurance: You can keep in mind compliance with all technical, legal and safety-relevant requirements as well as ensuring the agreed quality, time and cost targets. Budget responsibility: The overall economic responsibility for the projects, including resource planning, material use, cost control, follow-up management and approval of project-related expenses, is your responsibility. Controlling: With the creation of monthly performance reports and the implementation of target-actual comparisons, you will ensure a transparent representation of project development and economic performance.

A successfully completed study of civil engineering as well as detectable experience in the management of complex construction projects and the targeted management of employees and project teams. Deep knowledge of building contract law. Very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications, knowledge of BPS is desirable.
