Junior Contract Manager EPCM – Major Projects Real Estate and Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Do you bring the first knowledge of building contract law and would like to expand it further in the context of complex EPCM building projects? Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) – this is our mission. As a junior contract manager:in our team, you can help with contract-relevant questions at the interface of planning, performance description and construction design. In doing so, you work with contract management and follow-up management and work closely with contractors, project participants and construction executives. This body shall be placed in full or part-time (at least 24 h/week). Please specify the required hours for your application. Support in the processing of VOB contracts in complex EPCM construction projects, including first own responsibility for clearly defined contractual packages Participation in the evaluation of multi-compensation claims for modified or additional services (VOB / BGB) in close coordination with the object monitoring Compilation of supplementary audit reports, award recommendations and opinions under the guidance of experienced contract managers: Processing and preparation of contractual correspondence Accompanying follow-up negotiations with leading companies Participation in regular meetings, process control and reporting on contractual matters

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline One to three years of professional experience in the building-practical environment with reference to contract and/or supplementary management First knowledge of building contract law, especially VOB and BGB Secure handling of MS Office and ideally first knowledge in MS Project High readiness, team orientation and strong interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
