Your tasks:

• General commercial activities such as administration and Organization of documents
• processing and testing of invoices, contracts and Delivery documents
• Creation and maintenance of statistics, evaluations and reports
• Telephone and written correspondence with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• appointment and order coordination, including support in Project management
• Data management in internal systems and general office organization

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training, e.g. as Industrial man/woman, office man/wife or comparable Qualifications
• First experience in the commercial sector is advantageous, but no need
• Good organizational skills and a structured, independent operation
• Communication strength and team capacity, because cooperation becomes here
• Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Reliability, initiative and flexibility to to master various tasks
