The role at a glance As a working student (m/w/d) Approval / Drug Regulatory Affairs, you support our team in applying for and maintaining international authorisations for medicines and dietary supplements and gain valuable insights into global regulatorics. You will become a reliable backbone of administrative and documentary processes that ensure the market access of our products worldwide. So you grow step by step into the exciting world of Regulatory Affairs and lay the foundation for your professional development at DENK PHARMA.

How to make your contribution with us: Approval processes New & Reapprovals: Support in the application for international new and reapproved approvals as well as variations in pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements so that our products remain available worldwide Document creation: Create regulatory documents according to internal requirements and thus provide a reliable basis for successful admission procedures Authorisation Document application: Requests and legalise official documents to German authorities and embassies to meet the formal requirements for international submissions Translation Management: Representative Translations of regulatory documents to external service providers so that all documents in the required languages are available in due time Data management system administration: Care our document management systems and databases carefully so that information can always be found up to date and quickly Team support: Support the Regulatory Affairs team in administrative tasks and thus contribute to an efficient working day

Study: You are immatricated and can provide a valid certificate of enrollment – ideally in pharmacy, natural sciences or a comparable course of study. Availability: You have about 15 hours a week, which you can bring to us on site. Language skills: You have already gained good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; French knowledge is a welcome plus. Working method: A structured, precise working method as well as a pronounced organizational design and a good look for details are of course for you. IT-knowledge: You are safely moving to MS Office and you are not afraid of digital document and database systems. Personality: Ideally, you bring self-motivation, willingness to work and real team spirit – and you are interested in long-term cooperation. AI Mindset: You will be happy to experiment with how AI tools can make the search for regulatory requirements or the preparation of documents faster and more precise – and actively contribute this curiosity to our team.
