Number: MER00043X8 In Sales Operations Mercedes‐Benz Cars (SC/SOV), we design the transformation of sales processes as a digital unit. We develop, implement and control central digital solutions along the international sales landscape. A central part of our work is the VerSO program, with which we modernize and standardize our sales processes and systems across Europe. We work closely with business, IT and market organisations from the inclusion of technical requirements, the further development of processes and systems to the successful activation in the markets. For our teams Activation, Business Processes & Architecture and Product Management Data (PMD), we are looking for committed interns (m/w/d) who have the pleasure of supporting international projects, gaining structured insights into a digital product environment and actively contributing to the implementation and market launch of VerSO. We work, among other things, on the structured provision and use of product information in sales and thus make an important contribution to the successful implementation of our digital solutions in the markets. These tasks and insights await you: Support for VerSO activation in European markets

Working with the Activation Team to support markets, follow-up of activation status, and support in structuring and coordination of topics and technical questions

Support for training and enablement activities

Cooperation in the planning and coordination of training, cooperation with markets and training team and support in the introduction of new functionalities in the markets

Cooperation in the near-product environment (SAFe / ART)

Supporting the responsible persons in structuring and processing technical requirements (demands), defects and topics, e.g. by care and preparation of Backlog similar contents and preparation of votes

support in operational project life, e.g. preparation of votes, reviews and presentations, creation of status overviews and structured preparation of complex content for various stakeholders

Insights into the interaction of product, processes and market introduction

Working at the interface between technical requirements, system implementation and rollout in the markets within a cross-functional environment

The activity can also begin earlier.

Studies of economics, (economic) informatics or a comparable degree programme

Interest in digital products, project management and transformation topics

Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a structured working method

High communication and team skills and joy in working in an international environment

Secure handling of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
