Leadership Payroll team: You run your Payroll team (seven employees) in operational day-to-day business, develop team members specifically and ensure efficient, structured cooperation. Control of charge billing: You ensure the timely, correct and efficient execution of our billing and act as an escalation entity for complex issues. Processes & optimization: You analyze existing payroll processes and implement targeted measures to optimize and increase efficiency in your own responsibility. HR Systems & Transformation: You actively support the introduction and further development of HR systems in the Payroll environment and ensure smooth integration into existing processes. Decisions & Responsibility: You meet independently sound decisions in the operational context and take responsibility for the continuous development of your responsibility. Interfaces HR & Finance: You work closely with HR, Finance and Controlling and are a key player in all operational topics related to Payroll and Time Economy.

Background: You bring well-founded experience in payroll accounting and have strong professional security in all relevant payroll processes. Management competence: You have proven experience in managing a team and take responsibility for the further development of your employees. Process understanding: You have a good understanding of common payroll processes, analyzes processes systematically and can derive concrete improvement measures from them.
