Team Lead E‑Commerce (m/f/d)

In our E‐Commerce group, you work with a dedicated four-member team and design developments that become visible worldwide. Start with us and design these tasks: Implementation and further development of the global D2C online strategy together with relevant interfaces Leadership, coaching and further development of the international e-commerce team as well as managing the webshop managers in the countries Optimizing the performance of all digital channels with a focus on conversion, brand experience and increase in sales Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints Analysis of KPIs, market trends and customer behaviour to derive effective measures Initiation and management of global digital projects including automation and process optimization in e-commerce
