Publication and presentation of your research results at conferences, journals and congresses. Participation in match-making events, conferences and workshops. Administrative and management tasks in the project, including reporting, coordination of administrative tasks, planning and organisation of trade fairs, meetings, events and workshops.
Completed academic studies (Master or Diploma [Uni]) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical course, preferably with reference to navigation. Completed doctoral thesis in a relevant field. Evidence of experience in the acquisition of third-party funds and research projects (e.g. DFG, EU, industrial partners). Experience in the production of applications and concepts. Experience in the research and development of AI applications in navigation or a related area. Skills in the programming of AI algorithms and models (e.g. with C++, Java, Python). Experience in performing simulation and test series for AI-based systems. Good knowledge of the analysis and interpretation of research results. Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Experience in cooperation with other researchers and industrial partners. Good knowledge of time and priorities. Ability to independent and transparent scientific work, self-initiative, organizational talent, team skills and leadership experience. Ready for occasional business trips in Germany and abroad.
