Leadership, development and motivation of the team with clarity, commitment and empathy Ensuring service-oriented care of national and international customers with regard to quality, reaction times and customer satisfaction Support for sales in operational day-to-day business and structured processing of sales-related topics Coordination of customer-related processes from request to internal coordination to administrative processing Analysis of existing processes in customer service and sales support and recognition and implementation of optimization and automation potentials Further development of suitable key figures and evaluations to create transparency about service quality, work volume and process stability Design of clear structures, efficient workflows and continuous professionalisation of responsibility Close cooperation with sales, production, logistics, work preparation and other internal interfaces for the solution-oriented processing of customer requests Participation in projects for the further development of processes, systems and standards in the sales environment

A completed economic study or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in a similar function Experience in project and process management and pleasure in structured work High IT and process affinity and a good sense of automation and optimization potential Impressed customer and solution orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking The ability to inspire people, take along and achieve success together Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems (ideally ProAlpha) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
