About us Do you want to actively shape the future of a global semi-conductor organization? In this newly created role, you drive the harmonisation, standardization and further development of international end-to-end processes along the entire value chain and make a decisive contribution to building a global center of excellence. Your duties Analysis, modelling and standardization of global end-to-end processes along the Semiconductor value chain Identification, prioritization and implementation of optimization potentials across planning, procurement, production and logistics Development and maintenance of global process standards, key figures and governance structures Ensuring globally uniform, auditable and system-based process documentation Working with Transformation, ERP and Digitization Programs Close cooperation with international stakeholders from operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, sales and IT Moderation of workshops and management of cross-departmental improvement initiatives Promoting transparency, efficiency and scalability within the global semi-conductor process landscape Your profile Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in a semi-conductor, high-tech or manufacturing industrial environment Experience in process management and in the analysis and optimization of complex end-to-end processes Understanding Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Governance Structures Embossed Analytical and Structured Operation High communication and moderation competence in international environments Experience in cooperation with different disciplines and global stakeholders English knowledge in word and writing Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
