Management of the entire system via water and land transport modes Responsibility for achieving shift performance targets Total responsibility for the monitoring and control of resources on the respective assigned facility (also cross-terminal use) Ensure optimal processes of work processes and transfer of process knowledge and work systematics within the framework of, for example, instructions Responsibility for operational coordination with relevant customers and service companies Conducting operational meetings and ensuring smooth layer transfer Responsibility for emergency management on the assigned facility Professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated employees Responsibility for compliance with statutory provisions, regulations and labour instructions

School degree with a specialist Studies preferably logistics, BWL or technical discipline, alternatively long-term professional and leadership experience in a comparable function Knowledge of the business and handling processes of a container terminal and their significance in the logistics chain Operational knowledge in the control and handling of handling activities in a container terminal Knowledge of the functional use and operation of the envelope equipment and systems used Safe handling of internal and external customers and partners - even in stress situations Funded knowledge in handling MS-Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Knowledge in the areas of moderation, discussion management, conflict management, project management English English (good in word and writing) You're interested, but don't you meet all the requirements?
