Planning, control and implementation of relevant Ent. Technology topics in the field of service and shipyard operations (Newbuild and Dry Docks) at the Berlin site and on the ships of the fleets of Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, in close coordination with service providers on land and on board (including participation in shipyard meetings) Head of Department for and Close Cooperation with the Newbuild and Ship Management departments Head of Claims & Remarks (release and processing) in Ent. Technology Supervision of handovers (Werft zu Owner, Neubau zu Ent. Technology) as well as documentation and archiving of all relevant processes and documents Adaptation and improvement of work processes (for Newbuild and Dry Docks), documentation of Lessons Learned Monitoring and supervision of quality and service standards in the technical field on board new buildings and Dry Docks Planning and control of projects (including dry docks, show productions, event and charter trips) Planning, structuring and supervision of work processes related to external service providers Technical support & handling of problems and error messages in the field of de-technique (on board and at the Berlin site) Organization and control of order processes Pick up and evaluate offers Create, check and customize standardized work processes (SOPs) Exchange with, advice and support of artistic works in show productions

Master*in for event technology or specialist for event technology with many years of professional experience, as an alternative (special) university degree in the technical field with professional experience in the field of entertainment technology Multiannual professional experience in the field of event technology and associated very good expertise Experience in the supervision of companies and freelancers Experience in the field of project work, ideally on large construction sites or yards Experience of the ship strong team and communication skills Collaborative, cross-departmental action also under time pressure Friendly, safe and binding occurrence Very independent and efficient operation combined with high operational readiness
