The Finance and Construction Management department is a central service area that supports the business management in implementing the corporate strategy and corporate planning. Together with the other departments, it adopts a cross-sectional function vis-à-vis the clinics and institutes associated with the four regional directories.

Creation and expansion of the annual internal performance calculation of RKH companies Development of Group Accounting, in particular presentation and assessment of intra-group performance calculations Participation in building the balance sheet Creating BWAs, key figures and benchmarks using the current business information system, including the monthly GuV Support in the development of a financial planning module Participation in financial statements and business planning Project work The area of responsibility covers all companies of the Group.
