Operational Technology (OT) Manager (m/f/d)

In constant exchange with local IT/OT functions, monitor the installation, configuration and maintenance of manufacturing hardware and software, including PLC, SCADA, HMI and MES systems Development, introduction and responsibility for a global operational safety strategy that covers all OT assets in the company's industrial and production environments Assessment of current and new equipment, software and support services providers with regard to their ability to create and provide secure OT applications and systems Reporting to supervisory bodies (e.g. Interroll Security Board) on new and emerging cyber threats Implementation of uniform OT technology, configurations and protocols as applicable to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase security Creation of a network of local OT managers in the production companies together with MDs/Head of Plants Active cooperation with central IT functions in the upcoming network segmentation process to increase OT security against malware and cyber attacks visits to works to carry out reviews related to information security risks related to software, hardware and third-party applications

Master degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, computer science or comparable At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of industrial automation/IT+OT in a manufacturing environment Deep knowledge of OT-relevant frameworks (e.g. industrial control systems, SCADA, etc.) Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and the integration of OT level with MES Certified expertise on cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and ISO/IEC 27001) Min.
