Consultant:in Finance & Fund Management (m/w/d) ...on a two-year period, full-time (40 hours/week), remuneration is based on TV-L 2025/2026, grouping E 10, classification according to professional experience

Own-responsible perception of funding management for selected projects, including the creation, updating and monitoring of complex project-related financial plans, as well as the handling of funds Creation of quarterly cost orders, bills and financial reports Creation and timely submission of proofs of use, document and proof lists as well as processing of annual project conclusions Technical preparation of support projects and amendments Correspondence and coordination with contributors as well as consultation of internal project participants in funding and financial issues Analysis, preparation and evaluation of project-related financial data, including the use of business intelligence instruments (e.g. Power BI) Qualified participation in accounting, in particular auditing, recording and booking of invoices and participation in the creation of the tax monthly financial statements using the scopevisio accounting software Co-responsibility for invoices and accounting, implementation and monitoring of OPOS payments performing tasks in the field of donation management, including the management and care of donation lists, communication with donors:inside and creation and dispatch of donation certificates

Completed vocational training or degree (min. B.A.) in a commercial or economic field, such as accountants:in, Bachelor Finance/Accounting/Controlling, etc. Reliable professional experience in funding management and experience with ERP software Safe application of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge and good English skills Friendly, unbiased and open-minded species Structured, independent, accurate operation and high service orientation Good time management Stress resistance
