Werkstudent - Digitalization & AI (m/f/d)

Digital Transformation: You are here from the start when we develop and introduce innovative digitalization and AI solutions for our internal business processes. AI & Analytics Projects: You actively support AI and Process Mining project management – from the first idea to implementation – and work closely with various departments and IT. Using data intelligently: You help implement and evaluate data-based applications (e.g. AI Agents, Machine Learning, Dashboards) that make our processes even more customer-oriented and efficient. Process analysis & optimization: You analyze and optimize digitized business processes to further increase efficiency at Wilo. Knowledge Management & Enablement: You support training and roll-out of new tools in the company.

Academic background: You study economic, IT, engineering, or comparable courses. Digital competence: You are fit in dealing with common office programs. Analytical skills: You are interested in data processing and analysis and want to learn how to work with tools such as Celonis, Power BI, Databricks and similar applications. Interest in AI technologies: You bring great interest in various AI topics – whether LLM applications, computer vision or ML algorithms, you are curious and want to understand and apply current developments. Team-oriented mode of operation: You like to work with others – whether on site or digital. Own Initiative & Structure: You are curious, analytic and introduces your own ideas to shape the future together with us. Languages: You bring very good German and good English skills.
