Complete vocational training in a technical or commercial profession, additional qualifications such as masters or technicians are advantageous Experience in the areas of green area maintenance, road, staircase and walking distance cleaning and winter services is advantageous First professional experience in facility management and service provider management Safe handling of Windows operating systems and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications English knowledge of word and writing are advantageous Commitment and joy in the design and development of new services High process and project management skills Service-oriented, structured and team-oriented operation as well as a high degree of communication capability Travel readiness and driving licence Class B
