As Turnkey / Line Manager Monteur Elektromontage (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. As a turnkey/line manager Monteur Elektromontage (m/w/d), you are responsible for the installation, commissioning and successful acceptance of our pharmaceutical turn key filling lines with the customer.They take over the technical leadership on the line, coordinate the colleagues as well as interfaces to other specialist areas in the project.They are closely associated with specialist areas and external suppliers to evaluate technical challenges, develop solutions and ensure line integrity. For the safe operation of the plant, carry out or coordinate measurements, tests and GMP-compliant filling of documents and checklists. They have an electrotechnical training, for example as an electronics engineer for automation technology, electricians, operating technology, industrial electricians or mechatronics engineers (m/w/d) or a further training as a technician in the field of electrical engineering. Ideally in the field of pharmaceutical filling systems as well as first experience in managing employees. For this position, your enthusiasm for our turn key lines in the pharmaceutical environment as well as your worldwide readiness to travel are crucial. They have excellent communication skills and speak German in the team and English with our customers. You have a high level of motivation and willingness to take responsibility in your area of expertise.Your independent, team- and solution-oriented and quality-conscious working methods are excellent.
