Lawyer Labour Law (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. We are looking for a lawyer for our department at the next time (m/w/d).

Legal support and development and updating of model texts for personal business contracts, forms etc. taking into account relevant legal provisions and current jurisdiction Ensuring trustworthy cooperation with employee representations by examining and preparing templates, content of monthly talks, etc. Development of operationally precise operating arrangements according to the respective business requirements, including the monitoring of the NLD in the negotiations on the operating arrangements Identification, analysis and minimisation of labour law risks, including the derivation of appropriate measures for coordination with the next higher supervisor support and support to the personnel department and advice to the executives of the branch in all matters relating to labour, collective bargaining and civil servant law and all matters relating to co-determination; Development of internal training and workshops for managers and employees of the NL West Preparation and representation in extra-judicial, labour law disputes, labour and administrative proceedings and the assignment and supervision of external lawyers Assessment and processing of tariff issues together with the team of speakers Tarifrecht

Completed study of law, 1st and 2nd law exams Multiannual experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies (Personal Council, Works Council, Disabled Representation) At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of working, collective, co-determination and serious disability rights and related legal areas, e.g. civil servant law Practical experience with the creation, coordination and implementation of labour law or personal concepts, strategies and/or processes
