You centrally control our cross-channel social media work and ensure a consistent, distinctive appearance across all platforms You drive forward the implementation and further development of our social media strategy – from the higher-level channel orientation to the concrete format and theme planning You are redirecting our social media team You are responsible for the content orientation: Priority of topics and formats, editorial control, quality assurance of all content as well as trend developments and platform mechanics You develop creative ideas, campaigns and new content approaches and optimize video content including their scripts You are constantly looking at the KPIs and deriving improvements for content and channel strategy

You have completed a degree in marketing, communications or media sciences, or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and training You bring relevant experience in social media marketing and channel management You have a very good understanding of the social media culture and the mechanics of the most important platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) You show demonstrable successes in social media channels or campaigns with strong performance You are thrilled by your organizational strength combined with prioritization and high quality standards You are a communication talent and you are very happy to work in the team
