Our German-English Phorms Campus Berlin Mitte is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Under one roof there is a kita, a primary school and a gymnasium – a total of 930 children and young people currently play together within an international campus community. The framework for our international orientation is our bilingual concept, which we implement according to the immersion method. In addition to the charming brick building, the special at our site are the family atmosphere and the warm spirit. The campus also offers two sports halls, a theatre hall and a light-flooded library. Individual counselling and support for pupils: both in school, personal and social challenges – from primary school to almost adult young people organize and design workshops and programs: on topics such as team skills, conflict management, self-organisation or resilience – for all ages Prevention and intervention in conflicts, bullying and crisis situations Participation and co-shaping in hiking days, class trips and projects to make community experienceable Care and strengthening of student representation – young people inspire participation and responsibility Close cooperation with teachers, school management and parents to accompany pupils: Cooperation with out-of-school partners and advisory bodies

Complete study of social work / social education or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in social work with children and young people Practical experience in school social English knowledge of B2 level (important for the exchange with parents and colleagues from the English language environment) Good networking with Berlin authorities and departments desirable (e.g. SIBUZ, Dick & Thin e. V.) High communication capability and design will Self-employed, solution-oriented and responsible work Interest in working in a bilingual and international atmosphere
