First contact for our specialist areas: You are the first respondent for internal customers in IT requests in the finance environment First and second-level support: You process support requests independently and solution-oriented Ticket classification & forwarding: You will analyse incoming tickets, arrange them correctly and forward them to the relevant colleagues:inside (Service Requests, Incidents, Changes, Problems) Quality Assurance: You check whether tickets have been created completely and correctly, adds missing information if needed, and asks open cases Monitoring: You monitor open tickets, follow the processing and make sure service-level times are maintained Support of consultants: You relieve our consulting team through structured preparatory work, coordination and communication Service-oriented communication: You provide a friendly, solution-oriented exchange with our specialist areas

You have a completed training in IT or a comparable qualification (training with corresponding professional experience) You have already gained first professional experience through internships in a management consultancy or an industrial/large-scale trading company in the area of finance, logistics or IT A service-oriented and responsible way of working as well as analytical, structured thinking and an agile and proactive mindset belong to your strengths You bring first theoretical or practical points of contact with SAP German language skills required (min. B2) Good English language skills are part of your profile You value local cooperation and are regularly present in Stuhr near Bremen
