Scrum Master (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the coaching of several highly qualified software development teams and make sure that agile principles are lived and continually developed. Through your critical thinking, you constantly question and optimize processes and procedures to measurably increase the effectiveness and quality of delivery. You are specifically promoting the self-organization of the teams and designing a challenging, agile working environment where maximum performance is possible in the long term. With a lot of attention, you strengthen cooperation, recognize conflicts at an early stage and accompany the team's change processes, including consistent follow-up of the agreed measures. You support Product Owner (m/w/d) and Stakeholder methodically, moderates meetings and events, making them responsible for structure, clarity and transparency throughout the entire development process.

Multiannual experience as Scrum Master (m/w/d) in agile software development, ideally in complex enterprise or regulated environments completed university studies (preferably in computer science, business informatics or a comparable MINT course) with very good services; relevant Scrum certifications (e.g. PSM, CSM) are a strong plus Excellent applied knowledge in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and safe handling of collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and comparable solutions flowing knowledge of German as well as very good knowledge of English in word and writing, with the ability to communicate complex facts clearly, precisely and addressably You are strong in communication, enthusiastic for your themes, eagerly reflected, constructively-critical and draw your attention through a high degree of empathy, self-responsibility and professionalism
