These are your tasks**

As a help at the reception, you are the first respondent on site and serve our guests, visitors, customers and customers. They support our team according to the defined layers (before and afternoon).

You take over the following tasks:

• You create the access cards for our guests and take care of the reception and registration of our visitors.
• You are responsible for managing the visitor parking and issuing swimming pool and car rental.
• You are responsible for the information of company-specific information.
• They are responsible for compliance with planned measures in emergency situations.
• They support administrative and organizational activities.
