They actively support maintenance and repair measures. You carry out work in the residential and commercial units. The maintenance of the outdoor facilities is also one of your tasks. • They maintain the premises of the nursing homes in Dresden Leubnitz and Gorbitz as well as other business units of the Volkssolidarity Dresden
• They are responsible for minor repair work, such as the repair of doors and fences as well as sliding doors in the bathrooms of the housing units
• You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of windows and roller shutter boxes
• They take care of green care; mowing lawns, trim hedges and keep access as well as paths in order
• In the cold season you will be used for winter service

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, wood mechanics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience as a carpenter
• extensive craftsmanship
• Team skills and friendly appearance
• Reliable, responsible and independent operation
• Class B licence required
