For our team Digital Banking Services in the area of Payment and Administration Services at the Hamburg site, we are looking for She Team Leader* Digital Banking Services Your role in the team You take responsibility for our Digital Banking Services team and actively shape the future of payment and digital customer service. As a central interface between market areas, customers and IT, you ensure that our electronic banking solutions not only work smoothly, but are constantly improving. You rethink processes, drive innovations, especially in digital services and map solutions, and develop your team into a strong, reliable partner in the company. Leadership and further development of a dedicated team with a focus on ownership, quality and service orientation Responsibility for the optimization and further development of e-banking processes as well as customer administration (e.g. EBICS, cash management, currency trading) Ensuring efficient and secure authorization and access management for digital platforms in the corporate and Wealth environment Control and further development of card and cash services as part of a cross-channel payment transactions Active participation of digitalization, automation and innovation initiatives (including AI) and the development of new services along the customer journey

Completed bank training or comparable qualification Funded expertise in electronic banking or payment transactions and first proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for a sovereign communication in the international environment Embossed service and solution orientation as well as independent, structured and careful operation High affinity for future topics such as digital banking, automation and artificial intelligence as well as ability to make informed decisions Very good communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
