You will coordinate the operational processes and personnel in the farm transport, caddy and distribution team as well as in the central commissioning. You take the professional control of shipyard shipment, check, packaging and loading and ensure smooth cooperation. You participate in the day-to-day business, give technical instructions and ensure that priorities are consistently implemented. You carry out daily short shop-floor rounds to check the current status and take immediate action. You create new employees, motivate the team and give clear instructions for a safe and efficient way of working. You control the compliance of processes, operating instructions, quality standards and 6S rules as well as on-time, customer-number-based processing. You report and clarify operational problems, work closely with the internal departments and actively support improvement and optimization projects.

You have a completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the field of logistics and coordination of small teams or in a foreman role. You have reliable knowledge of handling industrial trucks, trucks, route trains and trailers. You are routined in the use of warehouse management systems, especially SAP EWM. You perform team-oriented, self-confident, possess enforcing power and responsibilities. You work structured, can be loaded, flexible and ready to pack in the warehouse also in an operational manner. You communicate clearly to the team and interface level and show your own initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
