Management of construction and maintenance measures successfully: responsibility for the planning, preparation and organisation of construction and maintenance measures – from the preparation of execution and maintenance plans to the material disposition to coordination with authorities and specialist companies. Coordination of construction sites and quality assurance: coordination, commissioning and assignment of foreign companies as well as monitoring the design and testing of the services provided. Documentation is responsible: ensuring complete documentation of all construction and maintenance measures, carrying out acceptances and print checks and archiving of documents. Team lead and further develop: expert and organisational leadership of the team, deployment planning of employees and implementation and compliance with the work protection measures. Ensure security of supply: participation in the readiness to call, processing of disturbances in the gas and water network, as well as documentation of the failure to ensure reliable supply. Continuously improving processes: participation in the further development of internal processes, integration of new rules into the operating manual and support in the optimization of existing workflows.

Master qualification in the field of gas or water, e.g. net master or craft master gas and water installation, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in gas and water supply and ideally first leadership experience Knowledge of the relevant DVGW regulations, DIN standards and safe handling of MS Office and digital tools Organisational skills, a sense of decision and a high sense of responsibility Team-oriented personality with a safe appearance and a structured and solution-oriented manner Class B driving licence and willingness to participate in the readiness to call
