In addition to our nationwide termination protection consultancy, we are consistently expanding our second large column with Die Betriebsratskanzlei. For this we do not seek a classic generalist, but a lawyer (m/w/d), who has the pleasure of demanding collective labour law, strategic advice and negotiations at eye level.

You advise and represent works councils, general and group works councils, in particular: Changes in operations, balancing of interests and social plan Compatibility procedures Negotiation and design of business agreements Questions of co-determination according to § 87 BetrVG Working hours and remuneration systems Introduction of IT systems, digitalization and AI Restructuring and Outsourcing Decisions strategic and permanent support of works council bodies

We also train works councils nationwide, especially in-house. You do not process the mandates in isolation, but work closely with our regional labour law teams. The position is associated with regular travel activities in Germany.

You are a lawyer (m/w/d) and you have a well-founded knowledge of working law. Ideally, you are already a specialist lawyer for labour law and have collected several years of practical experience in business constitutional law. We are particularly interested in applicants who have already accompanied company changes, agreement bodies, social plan negotiations or complex business constitutional projects. You're coming from the employer's side? Very welcome. If you have so far advised companies in collective labour law, works councils have so far known from the other side of the negotiating table and can imagine a change of perspective, we would like to get to know you. Your experience and understanding of the employer's strategy can become a special strength.

You do not assume an interchangeable working rights position with us.
