Specialist Energy Management (m/f/d)

You support us in energy management (about 40%) and construction project management (about 60%) to make the building stock of the Studierendenwerk sustainable. You establish quantitative energy management as a basis for the introduction of a sustainability program and form the interface to the sustainability coordinator within the framework of the energy optimisation process. The implementation of energy audits and analyses to identify potential savings is one of your tasks. You take over the technical advice in planning, realizations, reconstructions. This also includes the use of modern energy-efficient building systems. As part of the construction project management, you take over the technical and commercial project management, set central goals and design the project structure. In addition, you coordinate the operational support of the participating partners and ensure a timely, economic implementation.

You have a degree in energy management, environmental engineering or engineering. Multiannual professional experience in energy management, ideally experience with ISO-50001 certifications. You have knowledge of the implementation of energy audits, energy controlling, sustainable corporate management and procurement law. You have very good German and ideally good English skills. Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and external auditors is advantageous. Reliability and flexibility as well as an independent and structured way of working. A very good communication skills with different groups of people as well as a safe and friendly appearance complete your profile.
