Your tasks As Sparringspartner (m/w/d) you advise our commercial real estate customers when it comes to building and real estate project financing You analyze the business relationship and specific credit requests of our existing and new customers as well as our consortial partners You evaluate the feasibility of the projects, formulate and negotiate term sheets, and develop tailor-made credit solutions in the team and in close cooperation with our departments You will meet your customers at eye level and advise them in all commercial and private matters. You extend customer relationships through the targeted integration of our specialists With your sales goals in mind, you shape the development of your customer portfolio independently and with risk-appropriate pricing, drive active new customer acquisition and build your network into consortial partners

Your profile
