As a process specialist for output management, the team is running the IT process for printing line processing and print data archiving. You advise national customers in advance of the production of mass printing processes and coordinate and automate the processes of printing processes with customers and the printing center of the HZD. You ensure the stable operation and security of the IT infrastructure to ensure reliable provision of central services for all HZD departments.

You have a completed relevant higher education of computer science or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. You have deeper knowledge and many years of experience in application management and development or in operation. You bring good knowledge and ideally experience in processes of incident, problem, change and release management. You have knowledge and/or experience in modern IT architectures (e.g. cloud) and IT security technologies. You are analytical, planned and targeted to complex tasks and bring them to a successful conclusion. Cooperation, holistic thinking and outcome-oriented action complete your profile.
