Where to pack

• Nah at the customer: You understand the needs of our customers and implement them in targeted product optimizations. You work closely with stakeholders, developers and designers to translate requirements into specific features and solutions.
• Workflows in mind: Together with your team, you develop solutions that offer real added value. You prioritize tasks according to their benefit to the customer and actively contribute to the product roadmap and to the long-term vision.
• Market research and analysis You conduct market research and identify customer needs to advance the prioritization and roadmap planning in a sound manner.
• Contrary with the product: You know your product segment from the Effeff and regularly exchange with internal and external stakeholders to find the best solutions for the further development of the product.
• Identify and develop opportunities: You recognize potentials and prioritize them to develop concrete concepts and features together with your team.
• Continue Vision and Goals: You help the team understand and implement the superior product vision and strategic goals.
• Innovation: You keep up with industry practices and new technologies and drive innovation actively.

• Flexibility: This position can be fully exercised from the home office. A residence in Thuringia is not required. We also offer the possibility of part-time employment (at least 30 hours per week).

What you should bring

• Experience and expertise: You have professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable role for software products (desktop/apps). Your knowledge in the field of agile working methods and methods is sure to work efficiently with developers, designers and other stakeholders.
• Outcome-oriented thinking: Your focus is on creating the highest possible added value for the customer. You do not hesitate to implement controversial but long-term successful solutions.

• Conceptual work: Tools such as Jira, Figma and Miro will use you routined and efficient to master your daily tasks professionally.
• Strategic thinking: You understand the strategic relationships within your product range and can align your work to higher-level goals.
• Language knowledge For this role, fluent German knowledge on at least C1 level is absolutely necessary to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
