They are responsible for continuously developing the wet fluid process with the aim of improving machine efficiency (time & material) and increasing the associated filtration performance of the products to be produced and stabilizing them at a high level. They develop measures, perform test series and evaluate results. They implement appropriate improvement measures. They contribute to the solution of complex quality problems as well as the associated process-related causes analysis. They work closely with the R&D and production departments. You document and analyze process data. They work closely with the conductor nonwoven machine.

You have a completed training or study in the field of chemical/mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering - alternatively a study in the field of paper engineering or a related area. They have several years of professional experience in the field of wet fleece production / wet fleece technology or special paper production or related technologies. They provide sound knowledge in process engineering, in particular process design and optimization. You already have several years of experience in a comparable activity (process engineering, production manager, technical documentation). They possess a pronounced problem-solving competence, networked thinking and recognition of relationships. They are a strong team player with good communication skills. They have a high self-initiative and target orientation. They have knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English in word and writing. They bring an occasional readiness to travel (e.g. to customers, suppliers, technology partners).
