Construction monitoring and supervision of projects in bridge and engineering, including time, cost and quality control Contract processing as well as technical and computational examination of supplements, invoices and billing documents Monitoring of construction design, materials used and compliance with technical regulations Controlling the construction process, updating time and cost plans and documentation of the progress of construction Accompanying acceptances, defect management and object care during the warranty phase Technical guidance and coordination of construction monitoring and coordination with contractors, authorities and third parties Announcement and settlement of audit orders and works monitoring orders

Graduate degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification Knowledge of construction engineering and control systems (ZTV-ING, MBÜ-ING, VOB A/B/C) Professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring of bridge or engineering projects Safe handling of common office applications as well as basic knowledge in SAP and iTWO Class B licence and readiness to use the service vehicle Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) That would be desirable: Knowledge of road construction and relevant guidelines (RSA, ASR, RPS, ZTV-Beton-StB, DIN 1076 et al.)
