SecOps Engineer - SAP private cloud (m/w/d)

from now on and in full time in Bonn, Munich, Rheinbach, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations.

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The Cloud Operation Hub is our central hub for modern cloud solutions. As an enabler and integrator, we design secure, powerful and forward-looking cloud environments for the Bundeswehr and Bund. We create the technical foundations for digital sovereignty, automation and resilience in complex IT landscapes. Our goal: make cloud innovations usable – safe, scalable and sustainable.

Your profile:

• You have completed a study of computer science or comparable training as well as min. 5 years of professional experience in complex IT landscapes
• You bring sound know-how in the cloud environment – public or private
• You have experience with SAP Cloud products including the SAP Platform
• You have knowledge in the cloud and ERP environment
• Agile working methods are nothing new for you, but daily Doing
• You can communicate safely in German and English

Your tasks:

• You install and run the SAP Private Cloud on a Google Cloud Air-gapped (GDC-A) environment
• You support the development of an operating concept for the SAP private cloud
• You contribute to the further development of the cloud strategy, taking into account the requirements, e.g. security requirements, to cloud requests
• You are constantly developing to ensure the installation and operation of the SAP Private Cloud
