You think strategically, negotiate sovereignly and also keep an overview in complex logistics processes? Then you will design the international goods flow of the future with us!

For our customers, we are looking for a motivated buyer (m/w/d) with a focus on freight purchase and tender management, which convinces with analytical skills, enforcement strength and innovative spirit.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for international freight tenders, negotiations of freight rates and the entire tender management
• Implementation of market analyses, determination of quantities and capacities
• Creation of volume and data stands as well as meaningful reports on transport service providers
• Close cooperation with plants, foreign companies and logistics service providers to optimize transport processes
• Strategic development of freight cost management and regular optimization of tender processes
• Self-creation of freight cost calculations, contracts and agreements in consultation with the legal department
• Short-term solution of transport bottlenecks and participation as a specialist (m/w/d) in logistics projects

♪ Your profile – this will bring you:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)) or a degree in logistics, BWL or economic engineering
• Professional experience in transport logistics with focus on freight purchase and tender management
• Embossed understanding of logistical processes and strong analytical skills
• English language skills (C1/C2), good knowledge of German and ideally other foreign languages
• Communication strength, negotiation skills and data-based, strategic thinking
• Teamability, initiative and a structured working method

• Remuneration according to GVP tariff with industry surcharges, shift allowances and individual application allowances
