In the field of offshore, I can work directly to support the project management in all matters relating to occupational safety, occupational safety and health and environmental protection (HSE) within the respective programme. In this context, I have the opportunity to continuously develop my know-how in cooperation with specialists. My tasks: co-operation on behalf of contractors in tendering and award procedures (including in the preparation of tender documents; technical accompanying negotiations and evaluation of tenders); independent and proactive organisation and execution of the monitoring orders within the sub- or specialist projects; definition of responsibilities, reporting chains, first aid, fire protection and emergency facilities and individual safety requirements on the respective construction sites in the context of the programs/projects; representation of the individual tasks of the project within and outside of 50Hertz; contact persons for all transferred HSE concerns, in particular for the exchange of information between the project teams and the contractors within the respective discipline (partial or specialist project, work package) in all project phases; Regular status reporting/reporting (50Hertz Internal) to all HSE topics, in particular reviews, analyses of deviations and assessment of their impact, and, where appropriate, drafting and coordination of protective and countermeasures with the controllers and subsequent support and expert advice in the implementation, regular participation in project management and other status and coordination talks, possibly also outside Berlin, specialist management of and cooperation with other HSE personnel, Systematic creation and formulation of the HSE concepts taking into account identified possible hazards in the individual structures and the 50Hertz requirements; Participation in onboarding suppliers with regard to HSE requirements.
