Own-responsible management of predominantly commercial property Rental contract management incl. supervision of contractual rights and obligations or their adaptation and enforcement Self-employed tenant care incl. rental and object-specific communication Order processing and audit and release Own-responsible creation of operating expenses Accompanying object visits and creating reports Integrated control and monitoring of external service providers for the optimal management of supervised property

First professional experience in Property Management Finded knowledge of the rental contract law Good knowledge of MS Office applications Communication strength, negotiation security, value-oriented personality driving licence class B
